Student Testimonials

Julie Brennan, already working in home care, decided to pursue a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) to enhance her skills. She shared, “My motivation was so I could learn more, my education is really important to me.”

Studying the course with great trainers, especially Cindy, who was always responsive, Julie said, “Cindy’s always there… she gets back to you straight away with the correct answer.”

Through the course, Julie discovered that she knew even more than she realised: “I thought I knew a lot, but I learned even more.” The collaborative classroom environment was a highlight, as it allowed her to “bounce ideas off one another” and broaden her horizons by learning from peers.

After seeing the care provided to her mother, Pauline was inspired to pursue a career in aged care. She found the face-to-face classes essential, saying, “They helped open up conversations, build connections, and gave me the confidence to change careers.”

Despite not being a student since the ’80s, the course made her realise, “I could do it.” Within two weeks of completing her Certificate III, she landed a job in a career she truly loves.

Great course, supportive environment!
I completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. They have a fantastic team and I really enjoyed studying with them. My teacher was great with helping me, replying quickly to emails and marking assessments, and very encouraging. I found the coursework to be well laid out and easy to understand and follow.

Thank you for helping me on my journey into Early Childhood Education!

Lael Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Amazing learning experience, helpful teachers!
“I had an amazing experience in my learning path for my new career and the teachers are amazing and helpful in your studies. I would definitely choose them for more learning experiences if I need to build on my career. I personally had trouble at the start of the course due to not studying in years. In-class teaching worked well for me.”

Joanne Hall Certificate IV in Ageing Support

With my first part on campus with Rene Ellwood, it was great to attend a class and be able to share experiences. Rene made it easy to grasp information. The second part was online but still easy to understand.”
